Refund Policy

At Aazu Bazu, customer satisfaction is our top priority — ekdum dil se.
We work hard to ensure that every hoodie, tee, or cap that leaves our warehouse meets our quality standards. But haan bhai, sometimes scenes go off — and that’s where our return and refund policy steps in.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Items that are worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange — nakko excuse chalega re bhai.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and limited edition reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Limited-edition drops

  • Accessories (caps, socks, etc.)

  • Gift cards or store credits

Ek baar liya toh done deal, bhai.

3. Return Process

If your product qualifies for a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at returns@aazubazu.com with your order ID and a short description of the issue (include clear images if applicable).

  2. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll share the return pickup instructions or address details.

Please ensure the item is securely packed for transit. Any product damaged during return shipping won’t be eligible for refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. Our team will reach out to collect the necessary details.

Chinta nakko kar, paisa wapas milta re — bas thoda patience rakh.

5. Exchanges

If you received a wrong size or item, we’ll replace it free of charge (subject to stock availability).
If the item is out of stock, you can:

  • Choose another product of equal value, or

  • Request a full refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you’ll need to follow the return process instead.

To cancel, email us immediately at orders@aazubazu.com with your order ID and subject line: “Cancel My Order”.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider first.

  2. It might take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

  3. If it’s been over 10 business days, contact us at support@aazubazu.com — we’ll look into it jaldi se.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item — arre bhai, galti ho gayi toh theek karte re!
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

9. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy conditions.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or wrong.

  • Refunds for returned COD orders will be made to your verified bank/UPI account only.
