We do our best to display products accurately, including colors, sizes, and pricing. However:

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings (phone ka brightness bhi kaam karta hai bhai).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in product listings or pricing.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, it’s subject to availability and acceptance.
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If a product is unavailable or out of stock, we’ll notify you and process a refund if necessary.

We accept payments via secure third-party gateways. Aazu Bazu does not store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location — Hyderabad ke andar fast aayega, thoda door hai toh chill maaro bhai, aayega zaroor.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen events, but we’ll always try to help sort things out.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for:

  • Defective or damaged items.

  • Incorrect product received.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

No returns on limited edition or sale items — ek baar le liya toh done deal hai bhai.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on the site belong to Aazu Bazu.
Copying, reproducing, or redistributing our designs or materials without permission — bilkul allowed nai re baba!

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or disrupt its operation.

  • Post offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
