This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders. We like to keep it real, transparent, and hassle-free — full scene on time, bhai.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team gets straight to work — no timepass.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
During new drops, sales, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.

Sunday ka off hota re bhai — orders placed then will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship all across India.
Whether you’re in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, or Kanyakumari — we’ll get your drip delivered.

International Shipping — Coming soon! (Patience rakho re, we’re working on it.)

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can happen due to weather, courier workload, or public holidays. But don’t worry — scene handle kar lenge.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A standard shipping fee (usually ₹79–₹99) applies on smaller orders.
COD (Cash on Delivery) may include a small handling charge.

Exact charges will be displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can track it anytime using your order ID.

If you face any issue, just reach out to us — hum hai na.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate.
If an incorrect address or unreachable number causes a failed delivery, the order may return to us. Re-shipping may incur additional costs.

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, drop us an email at support@aazubazu.com — we’ll sort it out ek number service ke saath.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes.
Please keep the exact amount ready — delivery partners may not carry change.
Repeated COD rejections may restrict future COD eligibility. No bakkas, please.

8. Packaging

We pack every product with care and attention — streetwear ke style ke saath, safety bhi zaroori hai bhai.
Our packaging is tamper-evident and eco-conscious where possible. If your parcel looks damaged, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

Sometimes, life happens — strikes, floods, or courier delays.
In such cases, delivery timelines may extend beyond the normal range. We’ll always communicate and keep you updated. Aapka patience level high rehna chahiye bas.
